• Investor - This option involves
selling the property to an investor and using some creative method of
buying the property back like Leasing it back with an option to purchase
it in the future. This option usually must involve the property having
equity in the home. A problem with this solution is there are more and
more cases of investors using this as a strategy to just get you to sell
them the home and then the investor just turns around and evicts you after
you default on rent. Our research has shown that 75% of homeowners who
do this end up never having the opportunity to purchase the home back.
We can show you how to protect yourself if you are interested in trying
use this option to stay in your home.
